Bukharan Orders and Medals, Pair of Firmans for the Order of Noble Bukhara to Captain Michaeloff, Silver, 1st Class, AH 1325, 1907-8; and to Lt. Col. Michaeloff (now as commander of the Railroad Communications in Turkestan Military district), Gold, 2nd Class (as Lt. Col.) AH 1329, 1914. Russian and Persian text; also other Archival documents (18) to Michaeloff, his son and family, mostly 1910’s-1930’s, a few later. Includes: Land document, 1914 with Russian text and revenue stamps and later AH 1332 addition in Persian; telegrams, proclamations, etc.; and some 100+ related b&w photos. Great research lot (120+).

By Vladimir Ivanovich Morozov, hereditary honorary citizen, merchant of the First Guild and Supplier to the Court. Hallmarked "(head) 56", maker's mark "A?" and Imperial warrant mark "(Imperial eagle) ??????????" on back of medallion plate, and "A?" and "(head)" on pin. Radiant plaque, medallion at center. Persian legend inscribed in gold letters on blue enamel, hijra date on green enamel above, crescent and floral dome design on sky blue enamel at center. Accompanied by Miniature. GOLD. Hallmarked "(head) 56" and maker’s mark on back. Very rare. In original case of issue. Condition: Superb.
